Q.  Do I need an appointment?

A.  Yes, we operate by appointment only; meaning we are not in the studio when we do not have appointments. We recommend reserving your appointment 24 hours in advance. You can book your appointment online, by email, SMS text or telephone.

Q.  What if I arrive late for my appointment?

A.  If you are running late please call us and we will do our best to make adjustments so you can enjoy your full time of scheduled service. However, please understand if another client is scheduled after your appointment this won’t be possible and you will still be responsible for the full payment of scheduled service(s). Q.  What is your cancellation policy?

A.   We understand life happens; however, we kindly ask you to give us 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations. No calls/No shows will be responsible for full payment of scheduled service. For more information see our policies, available online.

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?

A.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit/Cash.

Q.  What is your gratuity policy?

A.  Gratuities are accepted and greatly appreciated, and based on your satisfaction. If you are happy with the service(s) provided it is customary to leave 15% - 20% gratuity on full service price. Gratuities can be paid by cash or added to your credit card, we do not accept personal checks for gratuities.For more information see our policies , available online.

Q.  I am a new client, what can I expect after I arrive?

A.  You will be greeted by your therapist and asked to fill out a client intake form (client intake is also available online). Next your therapist will offer a brief consultation in order to customize your service to your specific needs and to answer any questions you may have. We encourage honest communication during your treatment to ensure you receive the best service possible.

Q.  Is there elevator access to the 2nd floor?

A.  Unfortunately, are studio is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building and does not offer elevator service; therefore we regret our facility is not handicap accessible.

Q.  Do your products contain synthetic ingredients? Where are the products made?

A.  Our products are formulated in small batches using consciously sourced, organic and wildcrafted ingredients. We never use synthetic preservatives, sulfates, petrochemicals, GMO’s, artificial fragrances, dyes, fillers or any other substance that harms the integrity of our formulations. Each product is designed, produced, bottled, labeled and shipped under one roof (by us) at our East Greenwich location.
