Chakra Tea Sampler
Chakra is a Sanskrit word which means "wheel". The chakras are similar to wheels in that they are spinning vortexes of energy. Each chakra possessing its own color, characteristics and vibrational frequency, which correspond to specific aspects of our consciousness and human function.
When our chakras are out of balance we can become unbalanced physically, mentally + spiritually. I have found in my practice that medicinal herbs can have a powerful effect on the chakras, helping to bring the body. mind + spirit back into alignment.
