These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Organical Botanical website at organicalbotanical.com and your purchase of products and services from Organical Botanical, operated by Tanya Palazzo DBA Organical Botanical, located at 294 Cowesett Ave, Suite 4, West Warwick, RI 02893.
By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at that price and notify you accordingly.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill.
Certain products or services may not be available to persons under 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet any applicable age requirements.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship products within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. International shipping may be available — please contact us for details.
5. Returns and Refunds
We handle all return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the owner. We are a small, family-run business and stand behind everything we carry — we will always do our best to make it right.Note: A comprehensive Returns & Refunds Policy is currently being developed and will be published here upon approval. 6. Spa and Treatment Services
Appointments for spa and holistic treatment services are subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate health information as requested on intake forms to ensure your safety and the appropriateness of services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health or safety reasons, or if we reasonably believe a service would be inappropriate or harmful.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for products and services at Organical Botanical. Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Organical Botanical and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
